Why We Exist

At Fellowship Church of Burbank we are dedicated to building a community of people fully committed to loving God and loving others.

"He (Jesus) said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the greatest and first commandment. And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'" - Matthew 22:37-39

Community Worship - Sunday mornings at 10:30am.

Our MISSION

At Fellowship Church of Burbank we want to help Christ-followers grow to be more like Christ and provide a safe place for spiritual seekers by:

  • Demonstrating God's love for all persons in practical and meaningful ways.
  • Sharing God's Good News in the languages, cultures, and contexts of the spiritual seekers of Los Angeles County.
  • Being a catalyst for effective community ministry development.
  • Training, encouraging and assisting in the planting, supporting, and strengthening of churches worldwide.

Our Values

At Fellowship Church of Burbank we are committed to living by the values we hold as a congregation.

We value the Bible as the source of authority for our beliefs and the standard by which we live. We worship God both corporately and in our individual lives. We desire that all people discover a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

We value a lifestyle of sacrifice of time, treasures and talents for the sake of others. We think teamwork is the most effective means of accomplishing our goals and objectives.

We value the role of Bible-affirmed leadership in guiding our church and its ministries.

Heart Attitudes

No one lives out the life of Christ fully in all relationships at all times. No one is perfect except Christ and those believers who have died and are now with Him. A member of Fellowship Church of Burbank commits him/herself to work together with the church toward living out the following heart attitudes:

  • Put the goals and interests of others above your own. (Philippians 2:3-4, John 13:34-35)
  • Live an honest and open life. (Epheshians 4:25, 1 John 1:7)
  • Give and receive Scriptural correction. (Hebrews 10:24-25, Hebrews 3:13)
  • Clear up relationships. (Matthew 5:23-24, Colossians 3:13)
  • Participate in Ministry of the Church. (1 Peter 4:10, Ephesians 4:16)
  • Contribute to the church financially. (1 Cor. 16:2, 2 Cor. 9:6-7)
  • Follow Spiritual leadership within the Biblical limits. (Heb. 13:7, 1 Peter 5:5-7)
